Muladhara: Root Chakra
Connecting to the Root Chaka
At the base of each our physical bodies lies the rook chakra, muladhara or ”root of existence.” The chakras, which translates to “energy wheels”, are potent points of the body which hold a deep, energetic connection to our inner and outer worlds. These unseen frequencies exist within and around all living things, like our elements; water, fire, wind, earth, space. These wheels provide subtle energy to the mind, body, and soul.
The root chakra is our physical connection to the Earth, it is our sense of belonging. Balanced, it is grounded, secure, and protected - our basing needs are being met. Unbalanced, it is insecure, controlling, and uneasy - it is in survival mode. Physically you may feel fatigue, experience soreness in the feet, or have bowel irritations. In connecting with base chakra activities, one can find themselves in a more sound, peaceful and grounded state.
Muladhara activities:

Above all , allow yourself grace on this healing journey, we are human after all. We evolve and learn as we continue to grow.
