We are all made of energy. This energy can be understood as a constant stream of life-force that exist within us and all living things. In harmony with this energy, our physical bodies contain energetic fields (auras) and centers (chakras). Here, energy can easily flow into positive growth or become blocked and move stagnantly given our own personal emotions and experiences. 

Supporting your energy and indulging in the practice of healing can look like many different things; reiki, meditating, journaling, sound, crystals, mindfulness, art - whatever brings your mind, body and soul peace. In this space, I use all the above to create healing sessions and tools curated for your spiritual growth and personal healing journey.
